“My favorite western movie has always been Tombstone, and Doc Holliday is my favorite character,” says dog mom Amber H. “I realized in his puppy photo that he looked like a ‘Doc,’ and ‘Pawlliday’ came soon after.”
Once Doc arrived at his fur-ever home, Amber realized the name was more than just homage to a favorite character—it fit her four-legged outlaw to a T. She adds, “He’s definitely a spitfire with a lot of sass, just like Doc Holliday—and he’s the best friend a girl could ask for.” He’s also got a fun personality and can be something of a wild child. She says, “He loves his squeaky toys, if you can’t find him hanging around or taking a nap, you’ll definitely find him face-first in his toy basket.”
Amber continues, “[Nationwide pet insurance has] helped give me peace of mind that should anything bad happen in the future, I won’t be immediately strapped with making hard decisions due to procedural costs. I love knowing I have a little backup if I ever need it.”
