There’s a recipe behind every great wacky name—one that sometimes takes time to master. “It took a few weeks to find a name worthy of Spicy’s big, lovable personality” says Marisa B., Spicy Beef Purrito’s cat mom. “She trialed a few names at first, including Baby Spice and Princess Pancake. ‘Spice’ eventually turned into Spicy and the food theme from Princess Pancake inspired her full name.”
The bond between Marisa and Spicy was immediate, from the moment they met at a local shelter. “Spicy immediately jumped into my lap and crawled into my arms, purring as she hugged her paws around my neck. I knew right then Spicy had adopted me—and I gladly accepted. She’s been my best friend ever since,” says Marisa. Since finding her furever home, Spicy makes everyone feel welcome and greets them at the door.
