Some ferrets are so cute that you just want to eat them up—others literally remind their pet parents of food. Queso in point, this funny little blond mustelid named after a cheesy treat. “He was the smallest and lightest of the bunch,” says ferret mom Kaylah M. “He also had the reddest eyes … his eyes and color just reminded me of queso blanco dip.”
Spicy Queso is a charmer when it comes to his family, but he’s far from mild. “The spicy aspect comes from his need to be an excitable slinky … the more mischievous he became, the more spicy he was,” explains Kaylah. “I love him so much, even when he is a menace.”
